Return & Refund Policy

At LoveTunes, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:
Item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Sale or clearance items (marked as “Final Sale”)
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items purchased with gift cards/ discount codes
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange:
Email us at lovetunesbaby@gmail.com or send us a Whatsapp message at +6014-8051720 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect). Unboxing video is a must for damaged item.
Our team will respond with return instructions within 1–3 working days.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.
For defective/incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping fee.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 working days via your preferred payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size or design, we’re happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability). If not available, we’ll offer a refund instead. The shipping fee for the exchange will be borne by customer.
